Four Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati partners, whose work focuses on technology company transactions, have joined Cooley.

Adam Dinow, Sacha Ross and Robert Sanchez will be joined by Daniel Peale, who left Wilson Sonsini in 2015, to serve as general counsel for the Stamford, Connecticut-based research and advisory company Gartner Inc., the New York Law Journal reports.

The four lawyers could bring in between $20 million and $25 million in business for Cooley, according to the Journal.

“This move represents a pretty significant acquisition of talent,” Cooley CEO Joe Conroy told the publication. “They are directly in our space, our core practices and core markets. It’s a remarkably powerful addition.”

He added that it was likely the lawyers’ clients would join them at their new firm, but would not divulge names.

Dinow and Ross are based in New York, while Sanchez is in Washington.
