Updated: Britney Spears’ former bodyguard has accused her of sexual harassment in a lawsuit that claims she engaged in sex in front of him and invited him to her bedroom while she was naked.

The suit by Fernando Flores claims Spears once exposed herself while bending over in a see-through dress, according to TMZ and Reuters. It also claims that Spears and her boyfriend had physical fights in front of their children and that the pop star fed her sons crabmeat even though they were allergic to it. Another allegation says Spears threatened to fire Flores because of a concession stand delay that prevented him from fulfilling her demand for an immediate frozen Slurpee.

TMZ and EOnline posted the lawsuit (PDF), which claims both sexual harassment and intentional infliction of emotional distress. The suit claims Flores was “shocked and disgusted” by the bend-over incident. When he reported it to his supervisor at Advanced Security Concepts Corp., the suit says, the supervisor replied, “You know you liked it.”

A lawyer for Spears’ ex-husband Kevin Federline told the Associated Press that the allegations had been examined before the suit was filed and warranted no action. Federline “is satisfied that the allegations are a product of economic motives,” lawyer Mark Vincent Kaplan told AP. ”They are as baseless as they seem.”

The AP story says Flores also sued Advanced Security Concepts Corp.

A statement posted to Spears’ website calls the lawsuit “another unfortunate situation where someone is trying to take advantage of the Spears family and make a name for himself,” the Washington Post Celebritology 2.0 blog reports.

“The Department of Children and Family Services conducted a proper investigation surrounding Mr. Flores’ accusations and have closed the case without any further action,” the statement says. “Ms. Spears and her attorneys have every expectation that this matter will be dismissed by the courts.”
