When it comes to shaping policy and defending justice, lawyers have a powerful voice—but only if it’s heard. That’s why the American Bar Association is expanding its reach through ABA Day Online, a flagship digital advocacy event happening on April 9, which brings legal professionals across the country together in one coordinated, impactful moment.

ABA Day Online is not an alternative to advocacy in Washington—it is a central pillar of it. This digital broadcast kicks off the nationwide advocacy movement for the association, connecting lawyers in every corner of the country with policy briefings, messages from bipartisan members of Congress, expert panels, training sessions, and culminates with chances to advocate on the issues in real time through our Congressional Messaging Portal. It’s designed to empower every legal professional to play an active role in shaping justice from wherever they are.

Send the ABA Day 2025 Advocacy Letter to your members of Congress.

  • Training sessions on effective digital advocacy and how to engage with policymakers in your district.
  • Issue spotlights featuring experts and advocates discussing the ABA’s primary legislative priorities.
