Intro

As countless parents and teachers have warned us, it’s all fun and games until someone gets hurt. With the help of the newly released book Adventure and the Law by Cecil C. Kuhne III, we’ve compiled a list of seven times an adventurous outing went so wrong it spawned a court case. Some involved elite athletes; others involved eager tourists. Be safe out there, and read the waivers!
