An apartment building in Los Angeles has been sued for trademark infringement for offering a “Brando Loft” for rent.

The suit names the companies owning the Broadcast Center Apartments, the New York Times reports. The action claims the Brando name has been illegally used on a series of apartments going by names such as the Brando Den and the Brando.

The Brando trust filed the suit in Los Angeles County Superior Court. The legal team for the trust has been involved in a tangle of litigation, but now is mostly on the offensive seeking to stop trademark infringers, the story says.

Lawyer Jeffrey Abrams has been battling infringers on behalf of the estate of the late Brando, who died in 2004. “I’m the guy who makes them an offer they can’t refuse,” Abrams told the Times.
