Cahill matches Milbank's associate bonuses

Associates at Cahill Gordon & Reindel got some good news in their inboxes on Friday.
According to Above the Law, the firm gave out bonuses to their associates as thanks for their “extraordinary efforts.”
The bonuses matched the ones Milbank gave out over the summer, with first-, second-, third- and fourth-year associates getting $6,000, $10,000, $15,000 and $20,000 respectively. Associates with five years or more of seniority got $25,000, according to Above the Law.
Bloomberg Law reported that Cahill has seen its coffers grow over the last few years. The firm has experienced three straight years of revenue growth, while profits per partner hit $6 million in 2025.
