Spray paint can.

A Philadelphia city solicitor won’t face charges but will perform community service after being identified as the man on surveillance video recording a companion spray-painting anti-Trump graffiti on the wall of a Fresh Market produce store.

Philadelphia city solicitor Duncan Lloyd won’t be fired for the incident, Philly.com and NBC 10 report. He has been on leave without pay since the Nov. 25 incident.

First deputy city solicitor Craig Straw said in a statement that the Law Department feels Lloyd’s actions were inappropriate and merit additional sanction. The statement says the Law Department directed Lloyd to complete at least 40 hours of community service with a city graffiti abatement team.

The surveillance video had shown Lloyd photographing or recording another man who spray-painted “F— Trump” on the store wall. Lloyd was wearing a blazer and ascot and carrying a glass of wine during the incident.
