Legal sector adds 800 jobs in April

The legal services sector added 800 jobs in April, according to the latest figures from the Bureau of Labor Statistics.
The total number of legal jobs in April was 1,136,300, according to seasonally adjusted figures released Friday. The bureau revised March numbers down to 1,135,500 jobs, the same number as in February.

The April number represents 2,500 more jobs than in April 2017, when the legal sector had 1,133,800 jobs.
