A Texas woman has accused a justice of the peace of firing her for refusing to perform oral sex on him.

The accusation is contained in a graphic federal sexual harassment suit against Tarrant County and Justice of the Peace Russ Casey, Law.com reports

The accuser, a 22-year county employee and former court manager, alleges that Casey sexually harassed her for five years. She also alleges she complained to county officials about the harassment to no avail before she was fired.

According to the suit, the plaintiff was fired Aug. 22, 2014, for refusing to perform oral sex on Casey, for refusing to touch Casey’s penis and for “objecting to being subjected to known, accepted and perverse sexual harassment.”

The complaint alleges that she spoke to a county human resources official about the harassment prior to being fired but was told there was nothing the county could do because Casey was an elected official.

Neither Casey nor Andrea Loveless, the woman’s lawyer, returned calls for comment, Law.com says.

Mark Flake, a spokesman for Tarrant County, said the county had not yet been served with the complaint and declined to discuss it.
