Harvard 2L Becomes First Openly Gay President Elected to Harvard Law Review
A second-year student at Harvard Law School has become the first openly gay man to be elected as president of the Harvard Law Review.
While he says his sexual orientation is a nonissue at the publication, he recognizes that the milestone has significance, Mitchell Reich tells the Harvard Crimson.
As a high school student, before he came out, “If I had seen someone who was the president of the Harvard Law Review and openly gay, that would have been helpful to me,” he says.
