An Atlanta-area judge won’t face criminal charges after accidentally firing his gun inside a taco restaurant, according to WSB-TV.

Police were called to a Señor Bird’s Tacos and Tequila Bar in Athens, Georgia on Sept. 15 on a report of gunfire in the business.

When they arrived, Clayton County Superior Court Judge Aaron Mason told them he was reaching for his wallet to pay for dinner when he accidentally fired the Glock pistol that was in a leather pocket holster.

The bullet left two small holes in Mason’s jeans, damage to the restaurant’s tile floor and a minor cut on the forehead of a customer who was hit by debris or another object, according to WSB. The customer declined medical treatment, as did two other women inside the restaurant who also reported injuries.

Authorities said Mason will not face charges.
