Minneapolis law firm Patterson Thuente Pedersen has scrubbed a partner’s biography from its website after an article alleged he runs a record label that sells neo-Nazi and white supremacist music.

The law firm says Minneapolis intellectual property partner Aaron Wayne Davis is no longer with the firm, City Pages reports. Before City Pages ran an earlier story with the allegations, “no one in the firm had any inclination regarding the allegations in the article,” the firm said in a statement issued to City Pages.

A cached version of Davis’ biography identifies him as a music promoter during law school, and says he represents more than a dozen record companies. The bio says Davis is “active in the local urban music scene.”

The City Pages article alleged that Davis previously put on a Satanic music festival in Chicago “paired with the more covert, Nazi-flavored Night of the Long Knives festival” and also ran a record label called Behold Barbarity Records. The label’s website says Behold Barbarity “believes in the First Amendment and is against any and all censorship, weakness, or political correctness!”

But the Southern Poverty Law Center sees the record label as a rallying point for racists, according to City Pages.

Davis did not comment when contacted by City Pages. The law firm issued this statement to the ABA Journal: “Aaron Davis is no longer employed by Patterson Thuente Pedersen. Prior to the story, no one in the firm had any inclination regarding the allegations in the article. At Patterson Thuente, we are committed to conducting our business ethically and with integrity. Hate, bigotry and intolerance have no place in our society. We value and respect the rights of all and foster a culture of mutual respect and inclusiveness within our firm and in the communities where we live and work.”
