A suspended Las Vegas lawyer was sentenced on Wednesday to three months for submitting phony documents indicating her clients had completed counseling and community service.

Vicki Greco will also have to serve five years’ probation, report the Las Vegas Review-Journal and the Associated Press. She also received a suspended sentence of 19 to 48 months in prison.

Greco had pleaded guilty in May to burglary, forgery, offering a false instrument for filing, and destroying evidence, according to the articles. She had been accused of filing false certificates of completion of court-ordered counseling and community service on behalf of her clients to the Las Vegas Justice Court.

The indictment had said the misconduct occurred between 2008 and 2010.

A second lawyer, Brian Bloomfield, had pleaded guilty in 2016 in connection with filing false certificates. He was disbarred and sentenced to 90 days in jail.
