Add another four partners to the ever-lengthening line exiting Howrey in advance of a possible dissolution vote there this week.

Four patent litigators are joining the Palo Alto office of Perkins Coie, their new firm announced today in a press release.

They are: James Valentine, a member of Howrey’s management team in Northern California, Christopher Kelley, James Pistorino and Daniel Shvodian.

“We are delighted that these exceptional attorneys are joining Perkins Coie,” says Ed Wes, who serves as managing partner of the Bay Area offices of Perkins Coie, in the release. “The firm is committed to enhancing our Bay Area patent litigation practice and these additions, along with several other recent hires, give us a strong platform in the Bay Area from which to better serve our clients.”

Perkins Coie has more than 75 lawyers in its patent litigation group and more than 200 in its intellectual property practice overall.
