A Pennsylvania attorney was charged last week with cyber harassment and accused of sending obscene and threatening emails to a local official, according to the New Jersey Globe.

Lawyer Karl R. Heideck, 45, of Jenkintown, Pennsylvania, is accused of sending emails to a Sussex County, Pennsylvania, commissioner claiming that U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents had allegedly raped the official’s daughters, and “they loved it.”

Heideck also alleged that the official made the county “safe” for pedophiles because “you love them, don’t ya, b- - - -?” and referred to her as “a dumb b- - - -,” the New Jersey Globe reports.

If convicted, Heideck could face up to 1½ years in prison.
