An unpleasantly intense odor of cooking hamburgers will soon be no more in the Washington, D.C., offices of Steptoe & Johnson.

After a three-day trial, a District of Columbia Superior Court judge has ordered a neighboring burger joint whose exhaust system vented right across from the law firm’s air intake system to close as of 5:30 a.m. tomorrow, reports the Blog of Legal Times.

An earlier ABAJournal.com post details the firm’s nuisance case against Rogue States, a Burger Company.
