Judge Accused of Pot Smoking Resigns
The Florida judge arrested for smoking marijuana in a park has resigned from the bench.
Judge Lawrence Korda announced in a letter that he will resign on July 2, the Daily Business Review reports.
Korda accepted a plea deal in which prosecutors agreed to dismiss the marijuana charge if he passes drug tests for six months.
