Woman Sues Ex-Boyfriend for Posting Her Nude Photos
A Chicago woman has sued her ex-boyfriend, claiming nude photos he posted of her online caused emotional distress and invaded her privacy.
Jessica Voth says in the suit that her former boyfriend, Miles Marsh, uploaded the photos to a website that posts photos of men’s former girlfriends, according to the STNG Wire and the Chicago Tribune.
Voth says she didn’t leave her condominium for more than a month after a former high school friend told her about the photos, described in the suit as “intimate and personal.”
The suit, filed in Cook County circuit court, says Marsh posted the photos in October 2006, but Voth didn’t learn of them until November 2008.
