Rebecca Thybulle apparently might have gotten away with allegedly faking a jury duty summons in order to take an eight-day vacation from work while claiming to be hearing a vehicular homicide case.

But court documents say the 32-year-old New York human resources manager left an incomplete version of the doctored paperwork at her desk, where a supervisor found it during her absence, the New York Post reports.

Thybulle also posted on Facebook concerning her plans to vacation in Baltimore during the break, the newspaper reports.

The article says Thybulle is being held in lieu of $25,000 bail in the Staten Island case, but doesn’t specify the charge.
