ABA Journal Online Contributor Is Named GC of Pall Corp.

An ABA Journal online contributor has been named general counsel of filtration technology company Pall Corp.
Roya Behnia, who writes a New Normal column for ABAJournal.com, will begin her new position on June 20, according to a press release. She will replace Robert Kuhbach, who is retiring at the end of June.
Most recently, Behnia was general counsel for Internet marketing and financial services company Rewards Network Inc.
Kuhbach was appointed last year to take over as general counsel while the Pall Corp. searched for a permanent successor to Sandra Marino. She resigned her general counsel post last year after then-chief executive Eric Krasnoff announced he planned to retire to pursue a personal relationship with Marino, the New York Times DealBook blog reported at the time.
