A lawyer has sued her former Delaware law firm, alleging that the lawyer who supervised her made inappropriate sexual comments, including observations that she was “sexy” and “dirty hot.”

Lawyer Jennifer Braude filed the suit against Maron Marvel Bradley & Anderson, the Legal Intelligencer reports. The supervisor, Meredith Sossman, is now an assistant vice president at Drexel University’s Earle Mack law school. She was not named as a defendant, and did not agree to comment when the publication contacted her.

The lawsuit “is garnering attention not only because it’s chock-full of salacious details, but also because both the plaintiff and the alleged harasser are female lawyers,” the Intelligencer writes. Braude claims her supervisor created a hostile environment at the firm.

Above the Law posted a portion of the complaint.

The law firm’s executive director, Brenda Thompson, told the Intelligencer that the suit “involves allegations of wrongful conduct claimed to have occurred in 2007 by an employee no longer with the firm. Our attorneys in this matter have advised us that it would be inappropriate to comment on the particulars of the allegations.”
