Sonnenschein Nath & Rosenthal partner Glenn Colton is among the country’s top fantasy baseball players.

Colton first started playing fantasy sports in 1988 as a student at New York University School of Law, the Wall Street Journal reports. He and a college friend have teamed up to win three championships in the League of Alternative Baseball Reality and he writes for fantasy sports website Rotoworld.com, the story says.

The friend, Rick Wolf, director of business development for NBC Sports Digital, told the Wall Street Journal that Colton has an “innate ability” to use recent statistics or news of a player’s injury to improve his team.

Colton, a former prosecutor who is a member of Sonnenschein’s white collar and government investigations practice, has also been in the news for his comments on the Supreme Court’s narrowing of the honest services law. (Colton told Bloomberg that everyone benefits because the law was vague.)
