Sting and Sheryl Crow Will Be Singing for PI Lawyers
Two Texas plaintiffs lawyers have hired Sting and Sheryl Crow to sign at their holiday bashes this year.
Sting will sing at Mark Lanier’s Dec. 5 holiday party in Houston, while Crow will perform at a Dec. 11 party in Dallas hosted by Lisa Blue-Baron, the widow of Fred Baron and a partner at Baron & Blue, the Tex Parte Blog reports.
The Wall Street Journal Law Blog noted the musical entertainment in a post entitled “King of Torts Hires King of Pain to Play Holiday Party.”
Miley Cyrus and Bon Jovi are among the artists hired for past parties thrown by Lanier. This year, the lawyer expects 8,000 people to attend the party. Guests will be invited to contribute to a charity that builds schools in Guatemala.
