Go to Morgan & Morgan’s website, and you will see a banner touting $10 billion recovered for clients. Now, the personal injury law firm is prepared to pay $100,000 to one lucky person who writes the best “catchy, unforgettable jingle that pairs well with fighting for justice.”

Reuters, the Tampa Bay Times and the Orlando Sentinel have coverage.

“I want a unique and special sound for Morgan & Morgan,” said name partner John Morgan in a recorded statement.

The “Battle of the Jingles” contest asks amateur musicians to write an original song about Morgan & Morgan. It must contain the firm’s slogan, “For the people,” along with at least one of these phrases:

• “Dial pound L-A-W. That’s all.”

• “America’s largest injury law firm.”

• “ForthePeople.com.”

The entrant must perform the song on a video; post it on TikTok, Instagram or Twitter; then upload the video or a URL to the TikTok video on Morgan & Morgan’s jingle website. The video has to have the hashtag #MorganJingleContest and mention @forthepeople in the caption.

Entries are due by Sept. 26. An online gallery has submissions. Many of the singers are clearly amateurs, and some sing their songs a cappella. Others also showed off their rhyming skills.

More information is available here. According to the official contest rules, “All disputes will be resolved solely by binding arbitration, and entrants waive the ability to bring claims in a class action format.”
