A Florida woman whose home was leveled and carted away in the form of rubble in less than a day after authorities engaged in a deadly shootout with her husband has filed suit for damages.

Christine Lacy is seeking over $61,000 for personal property, including an Ethan Allen bedroom set, electronics and a Prada purse, reports the St. Petersburg Times.

It isn’t clear why she apparently isn’t seeking any damages concerning the home itself. Money won’t buy replacements for some of the things she says lost when the city of St. Petersburg destroyed the Lacy house within hours after the last body was taken away, such as a blanket her grandmother made.

Authorities are now portraying Christine Lacy has having been uncooperative, contrary to earlier statements made in the aftermath of the Jan. 24 gun battle in which two police officers were slain. However, the mayor says the city will reimburse her whatever is legally required.

Police were at the home looking for her husband, Hydra Lacy Jr., due to a warrant for his arrest in a domestic violence case.
