A Massachusetts inmate showed his displeasure by mooning the judge last week after she ordered him held without bail.

Justin MacLean, 37, may face additional charges for dropping his pants and exposing his buttocks at the end of the video hearing, the Eagle-Tribune reports. MacLean participated in the hearing remotely from the Middleton Jail.

Carrie Kimball, spokesperson for Essex District Attorney Jonathan Blodgett, said court officers are filing a report to seek additional charges.

Judge Mary McCabe had ordered MacLean held without bail at the dangerousness hearing last week. The hearing happened after MacLean was arraigned on charges of resisting arrest, disorderly conduct and threats. He was also charged on a fugitive from justice warrant.
