A Cleveland lawyer accused of making bomb threats in July 2012 to employees at the Cuyahoga County courthouse has now been charged with making bomb threats at two other Ohio courthouses.

A new indictment accuses lawyer Gregory Moore, 41, with making bomb threats for the Geauga County Courthouse in January 2012 and for the Lake County Courthouse in May 2012, report Cleveland.com, WTAM.com and WYKC.com.

The indictment on six counts of inducing panic claims bomb threats at the three courthouses are part of an “an ongoing course of criminal conduct,” which allows them to be tried together, according to WYKC.com.

At the time of the threats, Moore was an associate at the family law firm Stafford & Stafford. The law firm was raided by federal agents in April 2014. Reports at the time said it was unclear if the raid was related to the alleged bomb threats or to the death of a law firm client who was attacked outside the law offices.
