In an article today detailing the controversy, ABC characterizes the issue as a “backlash” against Catholic judges. But it isn’t just talk show hosts who view it as as problem. Among those who quickly pointed to the question as a legitimate issue is former University of Chicago Law School Dean Geoffrey Stone.
