A judge has dismissed a federal lawsuit against “all homosexuals” by a Nebraska woman who claimed to be acting as an ambassador for God and his son, Jesus Christ.

U.S. District Judge John Gerrard of Omaha, in a ruling Wednesday, said it is not the court’s job to determine whether homosexuality is sinful, the Omaha World-Herald reports.

“The United States Federal Courts were created to resolve actual cases and controversies arising under the Constitution and the laws of the United States,” Gerrard wrote. “A federal court is not a forum for debate or discourse on theological matters.”

Sylvia Driskell, 66, of Auburn had filed a handwritten, seven-page complaint in federal court last week asking the judge to decide if homosexuality is a sin.

“I never thought that I would see a day in which our great nation or our own great state of Nebraska would become so compliant to the complicity of some people[’s] lewd behavior,” she wrote.
